eVisa information

The Cuban eVisa is being gradually introduced throughout 2024. This digital visa allows travelers to visit Cuba for tourism. It replaces the physical tourist card and is linked electronically to the traveler’s passport.

Important Information:

  • The Cuban eVisa allows eligible citizens a single entry for up to 90 days.
  • Standard processing time is 3 business days, with an expedited 12 hours option available.

Required Documents to Enter Cuba

  1. eVisa
  2. Passport: it has to be valid for at least 6 months after the departure date from Cuba.
  3. Insurance: travelers will need to present an insurance policy/certificate valid for their time in Cuba. The insurance plan must include coverage for medical evacuation by air, medical emergencies, and repatriation.
  4. D’VIAJEROS: travelers need to present a valid D’VIAJEROS form to enter Cuba.
  5. Return air ticket and proof of sufficient funds (bank slip)
  6. Hotel. You need to have your accommodation booked. This accommodation can be a hotel or private accommodation such as a guesthouse (Casa Particular). We are not responsible for situations that may arise from your staying in unlicensed accommodation

Important Instructions

The Cuba eVisa allows eligible citizens to enter Cuba for a single stay of up to 90 days, strictly for tourism purposes.

Our Process:

  • Standard Delivery: Receive your 10-digit eVisa code within 3 business days.
  • Expedited Delivery: Receive your 10-digit eVisa code within 12 hours.

Three days prior to your arrival in Cuba, this eVisa code must be linked to an official Cuban DViajeros entry form. Our automated systems handle this process for you, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Once completed, we will email you the final Cuban eVisa document.

Important Requirement: Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your date of arrival in Cuba.
