Refund policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so if your eVisa code has not been sent via email yet.
We will apply a 5% processing fee per order to process your refund request.
How to claim your refund:
Email info@easytouristcard.com to confirm your refund request. Indicate reason for return within email. Include a copy of payment receipt within your email
If you are eligible for a refund, we will send you instructions on the refund timelines.
Please Note:
- All refunds requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date or before the travel date to be eligible for refund.
- eVisa codes are valid for 11 months, so you can use them to enter Cuba at any time within 11 months of purchase
Cancellations
If you cancel the order prior to processing of the eVisa, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid. Refunds will be made directly to the original form of payment only. All refund requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for refund.
We cannot cancel or refund any eVisa once they are delivered to your inbox.
