Refund policy

If you selected to pre-fill your tourist card, it is not eligible for a refund.

Tourist Cards must be in its original condition in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not accept tourist cards that are written on or torn.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and a 5% processing fee per order will be discounted to process your request. How to claim your refund:

Email info@www.easytouristcard.com to confirm your refund request. Indicate reason for return within email.
Include a copy of payment receipt within your email

If you are eligible for a refund, we will send you instructions on how to mail the documents.

Please Note: All refunds requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date or before the travel date to be eligible for refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel the order prior to shipping of the travel card, you will receive a refund of the amount you have paid. A refund will made direct to the form of original payment only. All refund requests must be provided in writing within 30 days of original purchase date to be eligible for refund.

We cannot cancel or amend any tourist card that has already been shipped.
